All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us immediately at email address [email protected] Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties
Passio Deco Store may be forced to cancel your order due to circumstances that arise during processing.
Your order could be cancelled for the following reasons:
- The item(s) is no longer available
- We were unable to process your payment
- We are not able to ship to the address provided
- A duplicate order was placed
- Pricing or promotions errors
- Product set-up errors
You will receive an email detailing that cancellation has occurred and credit or authorization holds will be removed from your account based on the tender used.
- For online payment by credit/debit card: In the event the order is cancelled, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution, typically up to 15 business days
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you return unused item with an original sales receipt or pack slip.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- you do not ship it back to us within 14 days since the delivery date. That means you have 14 days since delivery date to provide us the tracking ID of the return for our warehousing procedure.
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- the items cannot be returned if the package is opened or the factory seal is broken.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Hunting Bows
- Black Powder
- Items Requiring Gasoline or Fuel
- Used Bikes
- Custom and Special Order Items
- Autographed Collectibles & Memorabilia
- Gift Cards
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.

When Do I Get My Refund Once I Have Returned An Item?
Please note we will refund you in 15 (FIFTEEN) working days from the date on which we receive the returned Product(s) to the specified address (please contact us for detail). Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order and will be subject to us right to withhold amounts for Products which are found damaged on return. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the Product(s) returned excluding any delivery charges (if appropriate). In other words, we will refund you the cost of the Products but not the delivery charges.
